We used the analysis we carried out of the current brand, the information provided in the brief and the market research to trace the right path the work on this project. Our main focus was placed on their unique proposal: a customized service that is also friendly and high-quality. We also intended to highlight their devotion for work.
In a highly competitive industry where most of the clinics hire external physicians – which disrupts the close relationship between dentist and patient – we decided to follow this approach with the goal of keeping regular customers but also to address new audiences. We also wanted to avoid falling into brands swamped with recurrent graphic resources.
As a result, we came up with a disruptive brand’s identity that – without losing its professional approach and the message of devotion for a good service – reaches out to people in a kind, cheerful, and personal way that doesn’t speak about teeth but of smiles. Then, the project’s insight was created: “give the world your best smile”.
